Capitol Report: Bernanke to talk exit, but stay on easy road

With financial markets starting to act like children on a long car trip, asking over and over when is the Fed going to exit its zero-interest-rate policy, Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke looks like he’s decided it is time to pull over and explain the road ahead.
